I published a weekly diary which became an international top-5 most-read blog. I have written for many music publications, including Strings Magazine and Slippedisc, and been featured in the New York Times and on National Public Radio. My book, Crescendo, comes out in the fall of 2026.

I have been enjoying a robust performance career since a teenager in the Midwest. Training at the Curtis Institute of music, performing with Yo-Yo Ma, and living in Berlin as a member of the Artemis Quartet has given me a life filled with variety and love.
